Home Adventure Corporate Events Presentations Travel About Us

Herein rests our passion. We live and breathe for adventure, travel and outdoor video and photo opportunities. Our personal backgrounds have revolved heavily around outdoor pursuits since the mid 1980’s when we took big to cycling, paddling and climbing. After taking part in numerous expeditions to remote corners of the globe, we thought, “Why not incorporate it into our work?”

We started by doing extensive environmental video projects in Latin American rainforests and then switched to other documentary work…loads and loads of documentary work. We’ve been lucky enough to video record everything from dolphin trainers to Himalayan trekkers to adventure racers to ice climbers to long-distance hang glider pilots. Our photography arm has supplied images to the outdoor industry for over a decade. Not all of the work’s been elegant, but it’s all good and it's all fun. These often compelling stories are generally visually striking for clients and emotionally fulfilling for us at Apex.

With years of experience in hauling lightweight cameras, sound and light gear in backpacks to 55 countries on six continents, we feel confident to say we can incorporate our camera work to your adventure travel plans. We look forward to sharing our passion for the outdoors with you.

A few of our past clients include PBS, the Earth Foundation, Ground LLC, MountainZone, Dateline NBC, the History Channel and the Discovery Channel.
